Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SharpPoint Lakeland Artificial Grass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide artificial grass installation services for residential and commercial properties in Lakeland, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Residential and commercial artificial grass installation
• Pet turf and dog turf systems
• Backyard putting greens
• Playground and safety turf
• Sports turf installation
• Turf removal and replacement
• Paver and turf installation

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information you give us about your property. We make every effort to provide accurate estimates, but final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions discovered during installation. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards. All payments must be made in full before final project completion.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will work with you to schedule your installation at a convenient time. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Warranty Information

We stand behind our work and the quality of materials we use. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Most of our artificial grass products come with manufacturer warranties that we will honor and support throughout the warranty period.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that pets and children are kept away from the installation site during our work. We recommend removing any valuable or fragile items from the work area. We will make every effort to protect your property during installation.

Liability and Insurance

SharpPoint Lakeland Artificial Grass carries appropriate insurance for our business operations. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions with your property or damage caused by factors beyond our control. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during our work.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time. If you have an existing service agreement, we will honor the terms of that agreement. Any changes to scheduled services will be communicated to you in advance.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in accordance with Florida state law.
